The other day, when I went to a concert at the cathedral, I realised something. There are a lot of problems in our city, but one that I think is very important, it’s that we don’t have any orchestra. And, why we don’t have any? We do have good musicians, they are every where here, in Ceuta, but people don’t appreciate them. Musicians work very hard, but they don’t earn much money. Also, I think that people don’t want musicians of here; they pay people of Cadiz for example to come here and play music. Why? I think it’s worse if they do that, because we have fewer concerts if we have to wait for them.
Solutions:
Ceuta should have and symphonic orchestra. I think that it’s possible to do one, it’s not very difficult. We have money, we have musicians, good ones, and a place for them to play music. A final solution is that, if our musicians are from Ceuta, they don’t have to travel a lot coming here. So, we could have more concerts all of the year.
Your solutions seem sensible but I nose much about it, so I can not say much.
